Meet Neto Bamvakiades — Accessories Coordinator at USA Containers
Share
At USA Containers, most of our team works remotely. That means we spend a lot of time exchanging emails and chat messages, but not nearly enough time getting to know each other as people. Recently, I had the chance to sit down with Neto Bamvakiades, our Accessories Coordinator, for a conversation that went far beyond work.
This is his story — from growing up in Brazil to moving across countries, chasing creative passions, and discovering a love for the container industry.
A Multicultural Upbringing
Neto was born in the south of Brazil, but his journey has taken him to the United States, Costa Rica, and back again. At 22 years old, he has already lived in multiple cities and experienced many different cultures. His family moved to the U.S. when he was 12 so his father could pursue a master’s degree and later work at Hewlett-Packard.
A Creative at Heart
Neto’s love for creating began early. As a kid, he experimented with video editing and has been making videos ever since.
He has built a TikTok following of over 30,000 by sharing quirky, thoughtful, and often humorous takes on everyday life.
Joining USA Containers
Neto joined USA Containers in November 2024 after hearing about the role from a family connection. The remote work opportunity and logistics-focused responsibilities caught his attention. In his words, the interview process felt warm and welcoming, which made him confident he had found the right place.
Today, he splits his time between customer support and assisting with accessories. “What I love most is that I get to do a bit of everything,” he says. “There’s always something new happening.”
A Life of Experiences
Since joining the company, Neto has balanced work with unique personal adventures. He recently spent time in the Czech Republic for studies, balancing his schedule between learning and work. He even returned with a very special gift — his girlfriend, who is also from Brazil.
When asked where he’d like to go on future company retreats, Neto’s dream destinations include the Atlantic forest in southern Brazil, Thailand, and Romania.
What the Future Holds
When asked about his future, Neto sees himself dedicating time to creative projects. Whether it’s video production, storytelling, or exploring new ideas, his goal is to keep making things that matter to him — and maybe help USA Containers create some fun content along the way.
Neto is more than his job title. He’s a storyteller, a learner, and someone who brings creativity and energy to everything he does. We’re lucky to have him on the team.
