Example of out the door cost on a rental contract:
Let's say you want to rent for 24 Months and you are 100 miles away from Salt Lake City, UT
Your upfront cost will be:
1) First month of rent ($210)
2) Security Deposit ($500)
3) Delivery fee ($450)
Starting with the second month, you will only be paying $210 per month. If there are no damages, at the end of the contract, you will be returned the security deposit.

We offer both rent to own and leasing.
For your convenience, we are attaching an example below if you are interested in our rent to own program:
At any time during your rental agreement you have the option to buy the container for a $500 doc fee and the difference to the container price.
For example: You choose to rent a 40 feet High Cube container for 12 months. Let’s call it $200 per month. 10 months later you decide you no longer want to rent and you just want to own it. So far you’ve paid $2,000 for the container. Let’s say that the container costs $3,000. You then just need to pay for the difference + $500.
$3,000 minus $2,000 = $1,000 is the difference plus $500 would be $1,500 remaining balance and you now own the container.
