Great Experience. Glad we chose USA Containers. When we ordered our container, they sent pictures to us before the container left the depot. This was a preliminary approval. Once it arrived we gave the container a full inspection. Only once we were satisfied did we pay. The driver and sales agent kept the best communication with us. Before the container left the depot the driver called. He kept us abreast of his trip the whole time, including arrival time. The container was exactly what we wanted. The price was excellent. This time of year there are expected weather related logistical issues but nothing out of the ordinary. The driver was very good and helpful and both of the one trip 40 HC containers were less than 4 months old and looked new. Great folks to do business with.

Paid for a one way 20 foot container and it arrived in even better condition than I was expecting. Just a little rust on the area where the containers are picked up and there is metal on metal contact. Otherwise, no noticeable dents, dings, or bad scratches and the doors function smoothly. Had a pretty intense storm today and seems to be completely watertight as well.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would do business with USA Containers again.

Buying a shipping container sight unseen is a scary thing. But USA Containers made it easy, and held through with their promise. My particular 20-ft container looks amazing. Such an easy process to order something and have it delivered on time. I'm very happy that I decided to go with these guys. Also, on a side note the delivery driver was excellent. He was kind, and he did everything he could do to make me happy. It was a tight spot to get the container backed into but he made it happen. I highly recommend this driver. We definitely need more people in the world like him!!I Will do my part in mentioning USA containers if I find anybody else needed one.
