MOST IMPORTANT 3 CONTAINER TIPS
1. THE ONLY WAY OF OPENING AND CLOSING CONTAINER DOORS
When opening and closing container doors, there is only one way of doing so.
Step 1: Completely open the right door first.
Step 2: Completely open the left door.
Do not open them at the same time. The doors will not open.
Here's a video demonstrating the correct order.
2. IF DOORS DON'T WORK, YOU NEED TO LEVEL THEM
It may surprise you, but if the container is not perfectly level, the doors will be cricket and they will not operate properly. You will want to make sure that each corner of the container is level on the ground.
If you do not have a forklift or a skid steer to level it up, you can use a leveling jack. Here's a video showing you how to do that:

3. SPACE NEEDED TO UNLOAD A SHIPPING CONTAINER
Often times, people don't realize the space needed to unload a shipping container. As long as you have a straight line of 120ft and at least 10ft width with 15ft clearance, you'll be good to go.
Here's a video example showing how the unloading process really looks like.
