The best cargo container lock! This lock is just what we needed to keep our personal belongings secure in our storage container! While it COULD still be cut with a grinder, it would take substantially more time than bolt cutters on a standard padlock. The only thing improvement I would suggest is having smaller holes closer together, since this sits somewhat loosely (it still cannot be removed though!).

I bought this lock to provide added security on a storage container on our property. Have had it for several years now, with no issues. Product is made of heavy gauge steel, fits around the locking bars for the doors to the container. Great product.

Our key lock arrived securely packaged with easy to follow easy to read color instructions It fit our container with a few adjustments. I like that the key lock is on the bottom, not visible and had a little cover. Of little concern is I have a white container with a vibrant blue lock attached which screams for attention. Fortunately the container is not readily accessible or visible to the public. I do recommend this lock though.

Bought a storage container. Experienced seller/dealer advised that experienced thieves are adept at breaking container manufacturer’s standard lock mechanism. He advised I add my own chain & lock. I thought of designing my own heavy duty locking device then I found this one on Amazon. This will discourage even the most experienced thieves. There were negative review comments on the barrel lock and key. To address this I will be lubricating the lock with a dry graphite lubricant that will not attract dust & dirt.

Good quality and very practical.

Used this on a connex that holds more than 50k in product in a not so great area of the city. Much easier than fiddling with a few locks in the dark hours of the morning. The lock is solid and very secure. Im sure thieves will think twice with this lock on.

My container doors don’t fully close which made it difficult to lock. This lock had just enough give to reach both doors and securely lock. Very happy with the results.
