How to use

Step-by-Step Installation

Step 1: Elevate the Container

Use heavy machinery—such as a forklift, skid steer, or a dedicated container jack kit—to raise the rear corner castings (cornerstones) of the container off the ground.
Place heavy-duty wooden block cribbing securely under the frame to stabilize and support the container weight while you work.

Step 2: Insert and Lock the Hub Bracket

Take the specialized wheel lug hub bracket assembly.
Insert the locking lug side of the bracket directly into the lower side opening of the container's rear corner casting.
Twist the bracket upward into place to engage the internal mechanism.
Pro-Tip: The heavy metal-on-metal contact point inside the cornerstone handles 100% of the vertical load weight once the container is lowered.

Step 3: Secure with the Support Strap

Hook a standard ratchet strap to the top of the wheel bracket assembly.
Run the strap up the side of the container and anchor it to the upper corner casting D-ring or structural top lip.
Tighten the ratchet strap until the wheel hub bracket sits completely flush and vertical against the container wall.
CRITICAL STEP: This strap is not load-bearing and will not snap under the container's weight; its sole function is to hold the bracket perfectly straight so the wheels do not lean inward or outward while rolling.

Step 4: Mount the Tires

Slide your tire onto the hub assembly. The bracket is engineered with a standard 6-lug trailer pattern.
Thread on the 6 lug nuts by hand, then use a wrench or impact socket to tighten them securely down to the hub.
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 on the opposite rear corner of the container. Once both sides are fully assembled, carefully lower the container onto its new wheels.
