    How to use

    Step-by-Step Installation

    Step 1: Place the Twist Locks on the Ground Container

    1. Walk up to the shipping container that is already securely positioned on the ground.
    2. Insert the bottom end of the twist lock manual clamp directly into the top opening of the container's corner castings (cornerstones).
    3. Repeat this process for all four corners (or the designated corners you are securing) before bringing in the top container.

    Step 2: Lower the Second Container

    1. Using your crane, forklift, or rigging system, slowly and carefully guide the second shipping container down directly over the ground container.
    2. Align the bottom corner castings of the top container so they rest flush and squarely on top of the installed twist lock brackets.

    Step 3: Engage the Manual Lock

    1. Once the top container is fully resting on the brackets, locate the manual locking lever on each twist lock.
    2. Throw or turn the lever into the locked position.
    3. CRITICAL STEP: Ensure the lever clicks or locks completely into place. This mechanically binds the corner castings of both containers together, creating a rigid, unyielding connection that prevents the top structure from sliding, shifting, or tilting.
