Installing Your Shipping Container Wheel Movement Kit
What You’ll Need:
Container Wheel Kit Hub Adapters
Lifting Leveler Bracket
Heavy-duty bottle jack (rated for 6 tons or more)
Car / Floor Jack (rated for 3 tons or more)
Jack stands for support
Rachet Straps
Power wrench / Rachet & Sockets for tightening lug nuts
1. Lift Your Container
Slide the Leveler Booster Bracket into the corner casting of the container and twist up to lock in place.
Use Bottle Jack to lift container up enough to use floor jack in center of container
Note: This may take several rounds with the use of boards or bricks to acheive the necessary height

2. Hold it up
Using a floor jack, lift the container high enough so that wheels can be placed - approximately 1.75 feet high
Tip: Never crawl under a lifted container. Use jack stands or blocking for safety if you need to work hands-free.
3. Place the wheel hub adapater
Insert and twist the wheel hub adapater into the container corner stone
Secure straps coming from top corner stone of container to the designated hole in the wheel hub adapater
Rachet tight to secure hub plate to side of container

4. Install the tires
Mount the tires onto the adapter and tighten lug nuts using power wrench
Carefully lower container so that the wheels / tires are on the ground
5. Decide how to proceed with other end
Additional wheels, our container to bar hitch kit, or chains & forklift / skid steer can all be used on the other end depending on your use case and movement needs. Check out our parts and accessories for a full assortment of options to move your container!
