- Enter your zip code during checkout. If your location is within 200 miles of one of our delivery hubs, you qualify for Payment on Delivery.
- If the distance is more than 200 miles, full payment is required before delivery.

Place Your Order
- Provide complete delivery details, including name, address, email, and phone number. Ensure all information is accurate and in capital letters (e.g., "John Doe" instead of "john doe").
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect information will be invalid and need to be resubmitted.

Confirm Delivery
- After receiving your confirmation, our team will send a Payment on Delivery contract via email.
- You must electronically sign the contract to initiate the delivery process.

Delivery Process
- Once the contract is signed, we will begin the regular delivery process.
- Note: Rush orders are not available for Payment on Delivery at this time.

Payment Options
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card (with a 3.5% fee) and Zelle (no extra fees).
- Ensure you have sufficient funds and coordinate with your bank to avoid any issues.

Payment on Delivery Day
- Pay the total amount on the day the first container is delivered or pay for each container separately.
- Full payment is required upon delivery before the container is unloaded. Payment can be made online or over the phone.
- If the order is rejected without a valid reason, a delivery fee will be charged.
